Dark Season was a 1991 BBC children’s series written and produced by Russell T Davies (who would go on to revive Doctor Who in 2005). The series featured three children who investigated strange happenings around their school. It dealt with new technology, ancient technology, mind control and unusual experiments. The cast included a very young Kate Winslet.
